pudendal neuralgia

I have had burning stabbing pain in my buttocks and around my gential area for 8 months. I have been to 8 difference doctors and clinics. I can not set down. I'm on 3 different medications, have had 5 injections., with very little relief. I just want to know if theres anyone who has had this and found some one that has helped them. I would so much appreciate it. Thank you
